And Faa Regulations

UK Civil Aviation Authority and FAA regulations are similar and have the same goals in many cases. Both the United Kingdom's Civil Aviation Authority and the United States Federal Aviation Administration, a division of the United States Department of Transportation, have duties which include the safety of passengers and airline crew, economic regulations of airlines and air travel, policy involved in airspace and air travel, and consumer protection. The United States and England work close together to create many of their policies and come up with cutting edge decisions. The United Kingdom Aviation Authority is further broken down into the Directorate of Airspace Policy, the Consumer Protection Group, Economic Regulation, and Safety Regulation. In the United States the FAA is not broken down into individually named organizations. The United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority also has limited powers in Europe. The United States does not have these powers but does maintain a friendly relationship with European nations.
