Aviation Licence

A student interested in getting his aviation licence must first attend flight school, ordinarily. However, if the student's goal is to eventually become a professional pilot, either in the military or for an airline, then it is often advisable to attend a college specifically designed to train students for that purpose. The reason this is a good idea is because nearly all professional pilots almost have a bachelor's degree, and these pilots are always required to have an extensive number of flight hours and certifications. Therefore, in essence, the student at an aviation/flight college will get done twice as fast as someone who first gets a degree in something unrelated to flying and then starts flight school. When trying to get his aviation licence through a flight college, a student will also be saving several thousand dollars, because he is no longer required to attend a separate flight school and pay the cost of attendance there.
