Canadian Aviation Regulation

Canadian Aviation Regulation covers the private and civil aviation industry in Canada. It contains a compilation of all the requirements that must be followed by anyone in the airline industry. This includes, but is not limited to, pilots, air crew, security, airplane manufacturers, and air traffic control personnel. Part 1 of Canadian Airline Regulation covers general provisions in the Canadian airline industry. General provisions can include such things as air worthiness of individual airlines. Part III of the Canadian Airline Regulation covers Aerodromes, Heliports, and Airports. Under this section of the regulation are sections covering lighting, warning notices, and inspections of airplanes and personnel. The Canadian Airline Regulations are similar to regulations set forth by other countries. The United Kingdom and the United States are both considered leaders in the field of aviation and in developing and implementing airline regulations. In England, the United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority oversees all flights, air personnel, and airports. In America, the Federal Aviation Administration is the regulatory agency.
