Hudson River Plane Crash Landing

Piloted by a man who was able to remain calm in a crisis, the Hudson River plane crash landing resulted in no fatalities and only minor injuries. Shortly after takeoff, the plane hit a flock of geese and apparently both engines went. Passengers remember hearing a "boom" and then seeing fire at the engines. The pilot also credits the crew members who stayed calm and assisted the passengers out of the plane. A real tribute in these times of aircraft uncertainty and fear of flying thanks to a group of people who did their job, and well.
