Hudson River Plane Crash Lawsuit

Some of the passengers of the Hudson River plane crash are suing for emotional distress rather than because of any injuries they incurred. The plane that landed in the river had been forced to make two emergency landing since the year 2001. The first landing was due to left engine flames. The second emergency landing was because emergency warning indicators lit up indicating a problem with the landing gear. But for many passengers it is the fear they experienced during the flight that is driving their Hudson River plane crash lawsuit. It's a question of whether the crash was preventable. The trauma experienced during a plane crash is unimaginable. There were no deaths and yet people, including an infant, were exposed to frigid weather while wondering whether they had incurred any life threatening injuries. There was even an infant on the plane. Some people believe the airlines and plane manufacturer, Airbus, should be held accountable.
