Travis Barker Plane Crash Lawsuit

There is no single Travis Barker plane crash lawsuit that accounts for the many possibilities leading the tragic crash that occurred in 2008. The plane attempted to take off around midnight and sparks ensued. The next thing that happened was the plane ran off the end of the runway and caught on fire. It actually came to rest 400 meters from its initial starting point. Multiple lawsuits have been and are yet to be filed by the victims of the crash and their families. Four people died and 2 others were injured including Travis Barker. The lawsuits claim that faulty tires played a role in the crash and the Columbia Metropolitan Airport knew there was a problem. Also being sued is Goodyear Tire. The lawsuits claim that both companies knew there was a possibility the plane could crash and failed to act. They also claim the planes were not properly maintained.
